Our space is boutique, bright, and full of good energy — a gorgeous, coastal-charming,
photo-worthy studio tucked into the twinkle-lit courtyard of the Kemah Lighthouse District's Toucan Alley.
The area is well-lit and patrolled, making early mornings safe and inviting.

I’m your hype girl who loves to train like a girl — building long, lean, powerful strength from the core out.
A lifetime of dance and nearly half my life in women’s group fitness — movement has always ignited my heart and fueled my purpose.
Each class begins with YOU setting YOUR intention.
I’m here to help you reach your goals, cheer you on every step of the way, and create a safe, uplifting space surrounded by women who share the same mindset, drive, and commitment to growth. Every workout is fun (with new choreo daily!), well-rounded, and powerful — set to music that keeps you energized and inspired.
Our bodies are temples — beautifully made and meant to be cared for through movement and strength. The ability to move is a blessing — a gift we get to honor each day.
I love a 3:45 AM alarm because it means I get to show up, pour into you, and help you feel stronger in every way. It’s my purpose — and my joy.
The name IGNITE comes from my chemistry roots — that activation energy, the spark that sets your day in motion.
